Welcome New Offensive Coordinator Ben Frisch!

Ben Frisch is joining the Cougars for the 2025 season as the new Offensive Assistant/Scouting Coordinator.

Frisch played football at Covington Catholic High School from 2007-2011. He’s been coaching the Union Raiders for 3 years, and was promoted to Assistant Head Coach after his first year of coaching. Frisch brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Cougars within the offensive line.

Fun Fact: He has a Basset Hound named Bourbon!
