Welcome Our Events Coordinator, Sydney Clark!

Clark is a recruiting and people leader in the tech industry with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, systems, and processes for tech startups in both Chicago and the Bay Area. Her expertise includes organizational growth and process development which she is now bringing to her role with the Cincinnati Cougars. Originally from Cincinnati, Sydney returned last year and now lives in College Hill with her wife, Kym, and their dog, Stevie. A passionate advocate for her community, Sydney is deeply committed to the growth of women’s sports in her hometown. As a new board member, Sydney is excited to contribute her skills, knowledge, and passion for sports to help elevate the Cincinnati Cougars’ organization and to help establish Cincinnati as a leader in advancing women’s sports at all levels. Sydney’s dedication to fostering inclusion, empowering women, and supporting local initiatives makes her a valuable asset to the Cougars’ mission.
