Welcome Our New Team Coordinator, Amanda Steel!

Amanda Steel joins the Cincinnati Cougars as the new Team Coordinator.

She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership. She has over 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector and local government in disability services. Additionally, Amanda is a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in foster care and is an avid baker. She looks forward to supporting the Cougars organizationally, ensuring team needs are met throughout the year, and developing new systems in the background for professional growth.
